A: Download the Radha Naam Jap Counter app from Google Play Store, complete at least 108 japa daily, and your streak will automatically be tracked. Make sure to do your japa every day to maintain your streak!
Q: What happens if I miss a day?
A: If you miss even one day of japa (or do less than 108 japa), your current streak resets to 0. However, your best streak is still tracked separately, so you can still compete for prizes based on your best streak!
Q: How are winners selected?
A: Winners are selected based on their best streak (not current streak). If multiple people have the same best streak, tie-breakers are: earlier streak start date, then random selection.
Q: When are monthly prizes distributed?
A: Monthly winners are announced on the 1st of each month based on the best streak from the previous month. Year-end grand prizes are announced after December 31, 2026.
Q: Can I do multiple japa sessions in one day?
A: Yes! You can do multiple japa sessions in one day, but only the first session that meets the 108 japa minimum counts toward your streak. Multiple sessions on the same day don't increase your streak count.
Q: How do I check my ranking?
A: You can check your ranking in the app's leaderboard section, or visit the leaderboard page on our website. Rankings are updated every 15 minutes.
